❓ How do I claim a deal?
Simply browse deals, click on any deal that interests you, and click the "Claim Now" button. You'll receive a unique code that you can present at the business to redeem your discount.
❓ How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you claim a deal. The more deals you claim, the more points you accumulate, helping you level up and unlock better deals!
❓ How do I become a publisher?
Click on "Register as Publisher" in the navigation menu, fill out the registration form, and once approved, you can start creating and managing your own deals.
❓ Is there a fee to use ShopYetu?
ShopYetu is completely free for users (deal hunters).However, publishers must pay a subscription fee to access a publisher account, which enables premium features, product listings, and deal creation.
❓ How do I redeem my claimed deal?
Go to your dashboard, find the claimed deal, and present the unique code or QR code to the business at the time of purchase. The staff will mark it as redeemed.
❓ What happens if a deal expires?
If a deal expires before you claim it, it will no longer be available. If you claimed it but haven't redeemed it before the expiry date, the claim becomes invalid.

Yes! Click the heart icon on any deal to save it to your collection. You can view all saved deals in your dashboard.
